We ship on Wednesday and Thursday ! Basic insurance is included on each package . Addl Insurance MUST be requested and is paid for by the BUYER. WE are not responsible for LOST, BROKE or DAMAGED items once it is packed and shipped . Please contact the shipping Courier and them us after to assist with your claim.
